Worldwide shipping

Free shipping worldwide for all orders.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Free delivery orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, AU POST, GLS and DHL. No tax needed.
If we encounter a large number of orders, the delivery may be delayed for several days. Please allow additional days for transportation. If your order is significantly delayed during shipment, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Xtelary is not responsible for the delivery delay caused by the loss or theft of packages, weather conditions, wrong delivery address or missing delivery information.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Xtelary does not ship to PO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. You can also track your order from track order details.

Sometimes we may have goods out of stock. We will make every effort to provide you with goods as soon as possible, and will provide you with notice or quotation of similar substitute products.
Please note that the time of shipment and delivery is working days, excluding weekends or holidays.
